Since 1963, we have been hosting conferences and publishing journals and proceedings promoting and advancing bioengineering education and research and expanding the use of instrumentation in biomedical sciences.

The registration and publication fees we collect are used solely to pay for the hosting of the annual joint International Biomedical Sciences Instrumentation Symposium and Rocky Mountain Bioengineering Symposium (IBSIS-RMBS) and for the publication of the various issues of the Biomedical Sciences Instrumentation journal (Biomed Sci Instrum or BSI).

Donations support RMBS activities in general and student participation in particular.
